1st GYP Youth Humanitarian Film Festival 2025 Fall
GYP Youth Humanitarian Film Festival partners with FilmFreeway to accept entries in film festivals and creative contests.
The GYP Youth Humanitarian Film Festival is a global platform dedicated to empowering young storytellers to share powerful, creative, and real-world perspectives on humanitarian issues through film.
Launched in the middle of 2025 as a pilot initiative by Global Youth Philanthropy (GYP), the festival invites youth aged 13–25 to submit short films that highlight human courage, cultural connection, and global challenges—from climate resilience and refugee stories to digital activism and community care. The Pilot GYP Youth Humanitarian Film Festival is scheduled on October-November 2025.
Our first official festival will take place in October 2026, building on the success and insights of the 2025 testing year. The festival aims to grow into a signature annual event celebrating the creativity, empathy, and advocacy of young people worldwide.

Winning films are featured across international platforms, shared at global events including HNPW Geneva, and distributed through our YouTube channel and partner organizations.
